On September 2020 the International Trade Center will host the 2020 Texas Africa Business Summit. This two day Business Summit will provide comprehensive information on the latest trade and investment opportunities across Africa’s most promising sectors.
During the plenary and workshop sessions, participants will have the opportunity to identify specific growth areas, get detailed information about projects that are ripe for investment, discover the latest financing options, meet potential business partners, as well as African Ambassadors and key government officials, and learn about Africa policies. There will also be one on one business matchmaking sessions organized for those ready to pursue immediate opportunities in Africa.
These sessions will be led by US and African leaders whose expertise stems from their successful and ongoing ventures in Africa. In addition there will be networking and relationship building opportunities with key African and US private sector and government leaders.
Ambassadors from the Republic of Guinea, Angola, Libya, Sierra Leone, Malawi, Tanzania, South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana, Ethiopia, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea and Ghana have been invited to participate.
The conference will conclude with the African Ambassadors Gala Awards Dinner where an industry trailblazer will be honored for his or her exemplary work to increase trade and investment between Texas and the nations of Africa.
